Article IV Charitable Organization.

This Corporation is organized as a 501c3 charitable organization:

1. To promote the documentation, renovation, restoration, research and verification of events and sites associated with the Missouri Mormon frontier during the nineteeth century; and
    
2. To preserve documents, photographs, artifacts, sites and other historical records associated with said geographical area and said time period; and
    
3. To facilitate the gathering and preservation of genealogical information from said geographical area, regardless of the time period involved;
